Delivery Policy
Our delivery time varies depending on how busy the season is, if we had your order in-stock or if we had to make it from scratch, etc... Remember everything is hand made right under our own roof so sometimes quality, sustainable products take a little longer. All orders ship from our warehouse in Arizona. Most orders will ship out within three to four (3-4) business days of ordering but sometimes orders can take 7-10 days for your item to ship. Our delivery time varies depending on how busy the season is, if we had your order in-stock or if we had to make it from scratch, etc... Remember everything is hand made right under our own roof so sometimes quality, sustainable products take a little longer. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.
If it's already been longer than that, please reach out to cs@yogademocracy.com and we will get you a status update on your order. If we can speed it up, we will. We do everything we can to get your your Yoga Democracy gear as fast as possible.

International orders over $100 will ship FREE. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, you may incur import duties/taxes/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations of your country. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery time.

Unless indicated as a final sale item, all customers are eligible for a 30-day return/exchange period from the date of receipt of your item. All items must be returned in unused, original condition with tags attached.
Customers who fall outside of the 30-day return/exchange period but who feel their item has a manufacturer's defect are advised to contact us at cs@yogademocracy.com. Customers will be asked to detail and/or submit a photograph to indicate the defect. If a defect appears likely, US customers will be sent a prepaid shipping label. Customers residing outside of the US will have to pay for the return shipping but will receive a full refund or exchange of equal or lessor value. NOTE: If your product has been altered by either you or us (i.e hemming), it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
For USA and Canada customers: $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your return refund.
For international customers: $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your return refund.
