We accept: Euro/Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners. Your credit card is of course only charged when we have shipped the ordered item. Card Validation Code: In order to make transactions on the internet even more secure, it is necessary to cite the card validation code (CVC2 or CVV2 number) for credit card payments. This number is not stored in the magnetic strip and is not printed on payment receipts. By requesting this card validation code, it can be ensured that the customer has their credit card in front of them and thus card numbers cannot be used illegally by third parties for the order. On Visa and EuroCard/MasterCard, the card validation code is a three-figure number which is printed at the top-right of the signature strip next to the possibly repeated credit card number. On American Express cards, the card validation code is printed on the front, at the top-right above the raised card number and comprises four figures. In order to guarantee the security of your credit card details, your full details are transmitted encoded via SSL-Servers and thus are secure from third party access. In general, the following applies to all credit card payments: In the event of credit card misuse by an unauthorised person, you can lodge an appeal with your credit card company. In the case of misuse, you will receive a refund.

PAYPAL
Paypal is a payment provider which offers fast payment for online purchases. As soon as you have a PayPal-Account you only need the e-mail address attached to that account and your password to place an order. In our Online-Shop www.wolfordshop.de we offer PayPal as a payment method. After checkout you will be sent to PayPal. If you already are a registered client of PayPal you can log in with your user information and make your payment. If you don’t have a PayPal-account you can register now or you can use PayPal as a guest. As soon as your payment has arrived, the shipment of the order will take place. Generally we will receive confirmation of your payment within a few minutes.

SHIPPING COSTS AT A GLANCE
Currently, purchases made on wolfordshop.it can only be shipped to Italy. Customers living abroad can order through the country-specific online shops.

Orders placed in the WOLFORD Online Shop with a value below 120 EUR will incur shipping costs of 4.90 EUR for standard shipping with DHL.
In the event of a return, the shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

Returns are free within 30 days. For more information, consult our return policies.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
We are delivering your order with DHL. Orders are delivered within 5 DAYS (this indication is for information purposes only).

Deliveries are made from Mondays - Fridays, on weekends and on public holidays there are no deliveries.
Keep in mind that deliveries are made during regular working hours, it is therefore helpful to use a delivery address where someone can collect the parcel.

We are not shipping to Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Città del Vaticano.

Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
PRODUCT RETURN
Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, you can simply return the goods to us at any time within 30 days of receipt, free of charge.

Return for Classic Mask, Script Mask, Lace Mask, Classic Mask Set: please note that due to hygienic reasons our care masks cannot be returned when the warranty seal is broken.

Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached.

Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.

Return Instructions:
1) Place the completed return form and the goods in the package (you can reuse our packaging for this purpose)

2) Stick the pre-paid return label (enclosed with your order) on the outside of the package so that it is clearly visible.

3) Now seal the package to prevent damage during transport.

4) Drop off the return shipment at your nearest DHL Service Point (you can find these at https://www.dhl.de/retoure/gw/rpcustomerweb/OrderEntry.action?hash=8db4d8c6d064342fa49c65f194d4f5e70ff31cb60006cf99de5a859ddac04aa5).

If no return slip is enclosed in the package or you have disposed of it accidentally, please contact our customer service team at: service.italy@wolford.biz.

CREDIT
As soon as we have received your return, we will check the products and issue a refund. The refund will be made within 2 - 4 weeks of receipt of return.

If you have already paid, we will credit the amount back to your bank account, PayPal account or your credit card.

If the purchase was invoiced, you can reduce the amount invoiced accordingly.

With payment by cash-on-delivery, the purchase price (without C.O.D. charges) is refunded once you have notified us of your bank details.
