    Delivery Policy

    Ordering and shipment confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive two emails from collageshopindia.com. The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

    .Delivery Methods and Costs: We deliver to more than 200 countries around the world, and offer different shipping options as applicable. Our preferred shippers are BLUE DART / DHL or equivalent.
    Shipping Restriction: Any items notified to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs). Details available in all shippers’ offices on request and also available on their websites.
    Important Information:Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt
    When Do We Deliver:All domestic and international orders are shipped via Blue Dart or an equivalent shipper. It takes minimum 7 days for delivery if item is available in stock.

    For custom orders & out of stock orders it takes 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Details on fulfillment and shipment will be intimated offline by our representative.

    Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered to only customers in India*. For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.

    Insurance: Collage insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Collage and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
    Taxes & Duties: Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.
    India VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within India. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.     Delivery: We endeavour but do not guarantee to deliver the products to users within 4-6 weeks from the day of close of sale depending upon the shipping location. We work with different type of suppliers (Manufacturers, Designers etc.) and the delivery time to Users is subject to delivery of products from supplier to us. Other factors include delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters’ strike etc. We reserve the right to make delivery of the goods by installments. If the goods are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if we fail to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process. Further, we may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you and the reason for the same could be inclusive of but not limited to the following:

    Unavailability of the relevant product;
    Failure of the concerned manufacturer/supplier/designer/importer to deliver relevant product to us;
    Poor/ Improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit process; and Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as aforementioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages or monetary compensation. In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned here in above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account.
    Cancellation shall be allowable, only in case of non availability of the item selected and paid for by the customer. In the case where the order has been placed after all queries of the customer have been clarified and the customer has proceeded with the payment gateway, the order cannot be cancelled, once it has been transmitted to the designer to start production.


    Refund Policy

    It is assumed that the customer places her/his shop order after satisfying herself/himself all aspects of the product selected, including price, size, colour, shipping cost and delivery time frame. This normally is associated with email correspondence and confirmation from the customer. Since the order is placed with the designer, to meet with all the above conditions, there shall be no refund, once the order is placed and the product delivered.


    The customer has to bear in mind that there might be slight variations in the colour chosen and the colour of the product delivered, owing to dyeing techniques adopted by the designer. The shipping time frame of 4-6 weeks shall be adhered to, but a slight allowance may be given to account for delays in transit.



    The size chosen by the customer is based on the size chart. There may be variations in certain measurements, because the actual measurements of the customer might differ from the ones suggested by size chart.

    Customer orders that have been delivered cannot be exchanged or returned. In cases, where there have been drastic errors/delays in filling this order, we undertake to rectify the errors, but the shipping costs to and fro have to be borne by the customer. Goods cannot be returned on the basis of minor measurement variations, as these depend on the exact body measurements of the customer, which cannot be anticipated and designed for. Goods cannot be returned on the basis of minor colour variations, since the final colour depends upon the dyeing techniques adopted by the designers, which may vary from batch to batch.



    Collage shall not be held responsible for delays due to Governmental regulations in the importing country.



    Since the products being shipped are covered under shipping insurance, any loss/damage during shipping shall be pursued with the shipping company, and Collage shall not be held directly responsible for the same. Of course, we will assist the customer in pursuing the matter with the shipping company to see that the loss/damage is made good.
